At checkout we'll ask your preference for turkey weight. We'll try our best to get as close to your preference as possible but we cannot guaruntee a certain size. Weight preferences are cosidered in the order in which we receive reservations, so placing your order earlier gives you a greater chance of receiving a turkey close to your preference.
