Our cattle are born and raised here on the ranch and live a peaceful life out on the pasture. They are grass fed throughout the duration of their life and then supplemented with a Non-GMO corn/soy free grain as they approach their harvest date. We believe that this balanced feeding approach makes for meat that retains the nutrition of a grass fed animal but adds the flavorful benefit of marbling in the meat. We dry age our beef for 21+ days at a USDA inspected butcher prior to processing the meat to create the most flavorful and tender beef for you to enjoy!
